The DSP range of silicon pressure sensors use the most stable and high specificaton silicon wafers to ensure the stability and repetability required by low pressure applications is achieved.  The Silicon is bonded to the stainless steel body and wired out to a hybrid PCB for easy connection to a signal conditioning PCB.  Being exposed silicon it is highly sensitive to changes in pressure allowing us to calibrate as low as 20mbar.

DSP 210U Silicon pressure sensor, uncompensated

The DSP 210U is an uncompensated silicon pressure sensor mainly for applications where temperature is relatively stable or accuracy is not the key factor in the application but price is key.  Pressure ranges starting from 20mbar through to 7 bar in gauge reference only.

DSP 210K Silicon pressure sensor, compensated

The DSP 210K is a temperature compensated and calibrated silicon pressure sensor.  Thermal compensation and calibration of the sensors offset and full scale output can be set to customer requirements.  Pressure ranges from 20mbar to 7 bar in gauge reference only.

DSP 210Z Silicon pressure sensor, Amplified

The DSP 210Z combines a millivolt output silicon pressure sensor with ASIC based microprocessor which produces a compensated and calibrated pressure sensor with amplified signal conditioned output signal such as 0.5 to 4.5V dc.  Pressure ranges from 20mbar through to 7 bar in gauge reference only.
