Typical pressure transmitter products for applications where complete flush or hygenic is not required but the media is pasty, viscous or contains an amount of particles that could cause blockages to occur in conventional pressure ports.

DMK 331 pressure transmitter for aggressive media

The DMK 331 uses a ceramic pressure sensor and has the option of stainless steel, PVC or PVDF process connection, if the media is viscous or paste like then the sensor can be installed with the ceramic sensor face approx. 2mm from the front of the process conenction, this means that no clogging inside a pressure port can occur.

DMK 351 P process pressure tranmitter for low pressures

The DMK 351 P is suited to low pressure applications for aggressive chemicals with process connections.  There are various process connections available including Dairy pipe, triclover clamp, flange fittings of standard threaded versions.  Pressure ranges from as low as 40mbar up to 20 bar and 4-20mA output signal with the option of ATEX approval.

LMK 331 pressure transmitter with semi-flush diaphragm

The LMK 331 is the same as the DMK 331 but has an easy to install knurled outer housing at the process conecction.  This enables the user to install the sensor without the need for tools.  The captive O ring seal on the flat face of the transmitter means that a hand tight installation is adequate.  Ranges from 0.4 bar through to 60 bar are possible with the option of PVC and PVDF housing material.

LMP 331 Semi-flush diaphragm pressure transmitter

The LMP 331 is the same as the LMK 331 pressure transmitter but uses a stainless steel diaphragm silcion pressure sensor which enables a lower pressure range to be acheived without the need of a larger process conecction. Available from 100mbar through to 40 bar with 4-20mA or voltage output.

LMK 351 Semi-flush pressure transmitter, capacitve sensor

The LMK 351 uses a capacitve pressure sensor which has pressure ranges from as low as 40mbar up to 20 bar.  Being a capacitve pressure sensor it has extremely high over pressure capability which is ideal for installations near filling points, process valves or pumps.  Optional PVDF port and Chemraz O ring seal are great for compatibility with extremely agressive checmicals.
