Dual display process indicators are particularly useful when you have a set point that you need permanantly displayed or you need to  change the setpoint regularly without having to go through menu systems to change.  The push buttons on the front enable the setpoint to be changed and displayed along witht eh realtime reading or the process.

SRP-77 - Dual display process indicator

The SRP-77 is equipped with a dual display showing the real time process reading along with the process setpoint.  This setpoint can be actively changed using the push buttons on the front of the device.
