In applications where a standard industrial pressure transmitter may be too costly or a pressure sensor element does not offer enough as a packaged solution we have a range of cost effective pressure sensor and transmitter products that are great for integrating into OEM applications as part of the machine build assembly.  These products are usually sold in volume and with small overall size compared to standard pressure transmitter and can be tailored to the exact requirements of the installation.

17.600G - OEM pressure transmitter
- Heavy Duty

The 17.600G pressure transmitter has been designed for applications where high shock and vibration, pressure pulses & spikes and arduous conditions are expected full time.  Pressure ranges from 6 bar through to 600 bar and outputs of either 4-20mA, 0 -10V or ratiometric 0.5 to 4.5V dc are available.

17.609G - OEM pressure transmitter
- Refridgeration

The 17.609G OEM pressure transmitter is constructed from a stainless steel housing, stainelss steel pressure sensor welded to the housing and therefore no internal seals.  This enables compatibility with the majority of todays refridgerants and lubricants. Pressure ranges cover 6 bar to 60 bar with compound ranges available.

18.600 G - OEM pressure transmitter
Not media isolated diaphragm

The 18.600 G is a exposed silicon pressure sensor housed within a stainless steel body and with signal conditioning electronics.  It has either 4-20mA or 0 - 10V output and a selection of electrical connections including DIN Plug & socket, M12 connector and cable.  Pressure from 100mbar through to 6 bar are possible.  Suitable for air and non corrosive gases.

18.601 G - OEM pressure transmitter
Media isolated diaphragm

The 18.601 G is a low cost pressure transmitter which incorporates a media isolated silicon pressure sensor with pressure range from 0.1 bar through to 6 bar.  The construction is stainless steel with a stainless steel diaphragm, outputs in 4-20mA or voltage and with a accuracy tolerance of around 0.5%. Suitable for all media copatible with stainless steel.

18.605 G - OEM Submersible pressure transmitter

The 18.605 G is based on the 18.601 G pressure transmitter but with a different construction allowing for continuous submersion into the media allowing for hydrostatic level measurement.  Pressure ranges from 1mWG through to 10mWG and a standard output of 4-20mA, options of 0-10V or 0.5 to 4.5V dc are available also.

IMTG Submersible OEM Level Transmitter

The IMTG has been designed for simple level measurement of tanks where cost is the key criteria with maintaining the integrity of the submersible aspect of the product.  Level ranges from 1mWG through to 10mWG.  Outputs available are 4-20mA and voltage versions.

26.600G - OEM pressure transmitter
- Ceramic sensor

The integration of a ceramic pressure sensor with this simple stainless steel housing enables cost effective pressure sensing with specifications that compete with industrial products.  Pressure ranges start from 1 bar through to 400 bar with voltage and current outputs available.

30.600G - OEM pressure transmitter
- Monolith ceramic sensor

The 30.600G is based on the 26.600G but fitted with a monolithic ceramic sensor which enables a more cost effective solution but with only Gauge pressure available.  The pressure ranges are from 1.6 bar and go through to 250 bar only.  Current and voltage outputs available.

DS230 - OEM pressure sensor switch with display

The DS230 is based on the standard 20.600G OEM pressure transmitter but with the additional feature of an integrated display with PNP switch points.  Pressure ranges from 2 bar through to 400 bar, 1 or 2 x PNP contacts and an optional 4-20mA analogue output.
