Process Pressure Transmitters are typically classified for use in the petrochemical, processing, pharmecutical, food and dairy industry and are specified for their rugged and tough design.  Other important aspects are the Approvals, Signal conditioning and communications protocols.  Accuracy, re-rangeability and high temperature resistance are also a requirement!

XACT i Process pressure transmitter

The XACT i Process pressure transmitter has been developed and won awards for the unique design and practicle use in process applications.  Pressure ranges start from 350mbar and go up to 35 bar in either Gauge or Absolute.  The pressure transmitter can also be down ranged up to 10 times via the digitally compentsated electronics.  ATEX version & HART Communication is optional.

XACT ci Process pressure transmitter

The XACT ci is the same device as the XACT i but incorporates capacitive sensing technology.  This enables pressure ranges from 60mbar up to 20 bar also offering 5 times down range capability.  Capacitive pressure sensors also offer extreme high overload capability which is ideal for some applications.  ATEX version & HART communication is optional.

XMP i Process pressure transmitter

The XMP i is based on the same intelligent electronics and sensor technology as the XACT i but incorporates an Aluminium die cast and powder coated housing for more arduous and demanding process applications.  Pressure range is also increased offering up to 600 bar maximum pressure. ATEX version and HART communication is standard on this product.

XMP ci Process pressure transmitter

The XMP ci is the same intelligent, re-rangeable device as the XMP i but incorporates a capacitive ceramic pressure sensor, this offers higher over range proction and better thermal stability.  The turndown is limited to 3 times but has a minimum pressure range of 60mbar and up to 20 bar.  ATEX version and HART communication is optional.

266 DSH Differential pressure Transmitter process

The 266 is the ultimate differential pressure transmitter with a possible 0.5mbar range up to 160 bar and maximum line pressure of 210 bar. It's fully loaded with approvals including EEx ia, EEx D, Type N, FM approval, Gost to name a few. There is the possibility to turn the range down 100:1 times and a possible accuracy of <±0.06%. Unique through glass touchscreen operation is incorporated!

XMD Differential Process pressure transmitter

Process differential pressure transmitter with 75mbar up to 2 bar differential range and maximum permisable static line pressure of 130 bar, optional display, ATEX version, HART communications and EEx D housing.
