Flush diaphragm pressure transmitters are typically required when the media being measured is viscous or contains particles that would potentially clog and block a conventional pressure port with a small bore hole to the diaphragm.  They are also required to ensure that a hygenic or aseptic seal is maintained in a process where the media being meaasured is of food grade or in the pharmecutical industry where high degrees of protection is required from contamination.

As a result we have many different options and industry standards to adapt to, the products below are an example of the options available and should cover the majority of requiremetns for flush pressure sensing.

Semi-Flush for viscous media

If the media being measured is sludge like or viscous but there is no hygenic or Aseptic requirements then these products will be ideal

Flush diaphragm pressure transmitters

These products are totally flush diaphragm all stainless steel for use in applications where the fittings need to be totally flush witht he pipe or tank, hygenic or Aseptic fittings are required.
