The DSP 410Z is a silicon based piezo-resistive pressure sensor with an isolated stainless steel pressure diaphragm.  It has integrated electronics which offers a 0.5 to 4.5V dc output powered from a 5V dc supply voltage.  The DSP 410Z is vacuum resistant and operates from as low as 100mbar.  For ease of connection to this pressure sensor it is fitted with a JST socket for the power and output conenctions.  Accuracy is achieved by thermal compensation and calibration to a tight tolerance.
