The DSP 411Z is a silicon based piezo-resistive pressure sensor with an isolated stainless steel pressure diaphragm.  It has integrated electronics which offers a 0.5 to 4.5V dc output powered from a 5V dc supply voltage.  The DSP 411Z available in gauge or absolute reference but is not vacuum resistant.  Pressure ranges start from 350mbar and are available up to 100 bar.  For ease of connection to this pressure sensor it is fitted with a JST socket for the power and output conenctions.  Accuracy is achieved by thermal compensation and calibration to a tight tolerance.
