The DSP 410K is an oil filled stainless steel diaphragm with silicon die pressure element which is isolated from the pressure media being measured.  This enables the sensor to be used in any application that is compatible with 316 stainless steel.  The oil filled cavity in this unique design of pressure sensor is at a minimum volume so the accuracy is greatly improved including the thermal performance.  The DSP 410K silicon pressure sensor is a thermally compensated device and has a passive mV output of nearly 150mV!  Available in Gauge reference only and vacuum resistant.
