Manufacturing sensors requires the additional capability of providing test reports and certificates at different levels to confirm that what is being supplied meets the terms of the contract or specification.  In some industries it is necessary to provide a simple 3 point calibration confirming the basic performance of the pressure sensor or temperature sensor and in others a full multi-point calibration performed in a national standard laboratory is a minimum requirement.  We can cater for all calibration requirements for your pressure sensors, temperature sensors & transmitters, pressure transmitters and transducers.

Accompanying the calirbation service we have a range of hand held and desktop calibration equipment for pressure, temperature, distance and electrical measurements to enable routine calibration to be performed by the customer.

Hand Held Calibrators

Calibration of pressure, temeprature and electrical signals.  Pressure ranges from 20mbar through to 600 bar using external pressure and temperature sensors.  Accuracy from as low as ±0.01% of reading!

Pressure Hand Pumps

Easy to use hand pumps for pressure generation from -0.9 bar vacuum through to +700 Bar using a hydraulic pressure pump.

Black Body Temperature Calibration

Calibration of infra-red pyrometers, both hand held and in-line non-contact temperature sensors.
