901 ATEX factory set pressure switch

The ATEX approved 901 factory set pressure switch is pre-configured to a set pressure range.  Pressure ranges from 5mbar through to 12 bar are available with switch contact ratings from 45mA up to 100mA from a supply voltage of 24V dc up to 30V dc.

The ATEX approved 901 is a factory set pressure switch meaning that the switching pressure is pre-configured at the factory for optimum accuracy where the option of having the accuracy and tolerance on hysteresis set to the customers request also.  The diaphragms are of an elastomer material and again can be selected for the application.  Options of a NBR, FKM and EPDM diaphragm material are possible and for more aggresive and corrosive media a Chemraz diaphragm is used.  The pressure switch can be used on air pressure and oil pressure and any non viscous liquid.  The pressure switch when activated with eith be NO or NC and switch the supply voltage that is connected which can then be taken off to a PLC, Control panel, alarm or sounder of some description.  The ATEX pressure switch can be used in a hazardous environment that is rated zone 0, 1 and 2
